Ron Whitaker joined Dean Realty Co. in October of 2012 as a property maintenance technician. Ron's primary responsibility is to ensure that all Dean Realty properties and surrounding community areas are free of debris and kept tidy. On a daily basis, Ron rotates between the company's portfolio properties on 31st Street (Dean's Downtown Business Park and Dean's Downtown Underground) and Cambridge Business Park (I-35 and Cambridge Circle), giving attention to sidewalks, roads, city and community lots. A large part of his job represents a personal company investment and contribution to the 31st Street neighborhoods and corridor, including portions of Southwest Boulevard, Genesee and Cambridge Circle into Cambridge Business Park. Prior to Wagner, he served five years as a supervisor/team leader-receiving for Beauty Brands in Lenexa, Kansas. There he was responsible for receipt and stocking of 5,000 different products for the company's distribution center warehouse. His experience further includes a 20-year stint and several positions with Sprint Corporation.
