Rodney Moulin joined Dean Realty Co.'s facilities department in July of 1993 as a maintenance technician, presently serving as the department's facilities supervisor. In this capacity, Rodney is responsible for maintaining the company's 2.3 million square foot portfolio of office, flex, mixed-use, historic, underground and industrial properties, as well as raw land tracts. Some of his specific duties include supervising the field services group, negotiating contracts, monitoring vendors, maintaining equipment and keeping vacant spaces ready for show. Rodney further oversees the function and maintenance of the company's large underground complex, requiring a specialized knowledge of the unique requirements of subterranean real estate. The field services group is dedicated to tenant satisfaction and supports the needs of all company departments.
Prior to Dean Realty Co., Rodney pursued endeavors related to his family's farm in Gilman City, a small town in North Central Missouri. As early as the 1980's and directly out of school, he was operating small Midwestern farms, eventually leaving the state to become foreman for a 250-cow dairy operation in western Oklahoma. The early 1990's found him nearer to home, managing a 6,500-acre row crop operation near Parkville, Missouri.
Rodney holds an associates degree in production agriculture from North Central State College. He is also refrigerant certified, holding a CFC license. Rodney obtained his Missouri Real Estate Salesperson license in 2004, and is a member of both the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Rodney stays close to his family roots engaging in cattle raising and managing field crops of corn, soybeans and hay on the family farm.
