Kevin Rowley came to Dean Realty Co. in May of 2016 as a project supervisor. In this role, Kevin is primarily responsible for overseeing tenant improvements, including new construction, remodels, repairs and enhancements. He further manages subcontractors, bid processes and budgets for a variety of Dean Realty Co. development projects, including those pertaining to preservation and upkeep of the company's existing 2.3 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial, underground, historical and mixed-use properties.
Kevin became familiar with Dean Realty Co. when working with the crew that demolished the interior of the company's Imperial Brewery building, where he ran the plasma cutter and operated heavy equipment. Prior to the brewery project, Kevin worked for Fastenal Company, where he served as an outside sales representative in charge of 150 Kansas-territory accounts. For seven years, Kevin served AT&T as a retail connections manager in charge of training new managers and staff, and responsible for 12 corporate and 24 satellite stores in the Kansas City metro. Kevin has held management positions with LeLand Engineering, T&L Irrigation and Summit Polymers.
Kevin holds a bachelor of science in construction management from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. He also has an associates of applied science in architectural technology from the same university.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys working in his wood shop. Other endeavors include working through his wife's and granddaughter's "honey-do" lists.
