Jeremiah Dean joined Dean Realty Co. in April of 2014 as assistant leasing manager. In this role, Jeremiah is a member of the leasing and marketing team responsible for leasing the company's 2.1 million square foot portfolio, managing renewal processes and supporting future company developments. Jeremiah further engages in tenant-related activities that endorse the company's mission to provide an exemplary landlord and customer service experience. In 2016, his title became leasing manager.
Jeremiah has eight years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing and training, most recently serving as enrollment manager at The University of Phoenix. There he led a team of 12 advisors, impressively increasing enrollment numbers while improving employee retention. Prior to enrollment manager, Jeremiah served as team lead advisor at The University of Phoenix, working with students to further their professional development and education through training and various degree programs.
Jeremiah served as a leasing agent with Cohen-Esrey, exercising his sales and marketing techniques to reduce vacancies. There he learned organizational skills that kept a busy apartment complex well groomed and leasable, while building relationships that enhanced the likelihood of repeat business and referrals.
Jeremiah completed a bachelor of arts degree in communications/marketing from Ottawa University in 2005, as well as a bachelor of arts in theatre the same year. He completed his MBA in 2009 at the University of Phoenix. Jeremiah holds real estate licenses in both Kansas and Missouri.
Jeremiah's passion outside of real estate is his daughter; the two enjoy dancing, singing and swimming activities. On the weekends, Jeremiah teaches boys hip hop dance at The Studio Liberty Dance and Glee.
