Glenda Willmon re-joined Dean Realty Co. in August of 2016 as the company's corporate administrator. In this role, Glenda reports to and assists the president and chief executive officer in managing administrative functions for his office, as well as provides support for other companymanagers. She oversees the front desk administrative functions, provides training for important lease preparation duties and other tasks, and coordinates various activities and communications for the company's managers.
Glenda's tenure with Dean Realty Co. began in 1996 when she directly supported the founder of the company, Lester Dean, Sr. Her job evolved into diversified roles, including operations and corporate secretary for the parent company, Dean Operations, Inc., a position she still holds. She is an officer of Dean Realty Co., serving as corporate secretary. These roles require extensive recordkeeping, legal knowledge and organization that serves multiple Boards of Directors, a strong knowledge of private corporations and family business practices, and handling confidential matters for each.
Glenda holds a paralegal certificate and a master of business administration from Avila University.
In her spare time, Glenda is very involved with her three grandchildren. Other activities include volunteering both in the Raytown School District and at a hospice facility.
